By creating an account or accessing Cheliya, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Community Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

Cheliya is committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and positive atmosphere. You strictly agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, intimidation, hate speech, bullying, or extortion.
• Display or transmit non-consensual sexual content, nudity, or offensive media.
• Impersonate any person or entity or post false, misleading, or deceptive photos.
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation, financial scams, or illegal activities.

Violations will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior notice.

3. Virtual Coins & Digital Goods

Users may acquire virtual coins or credits to access calling and premium interaction features. Virtual items are non-transferable, possess no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency unless explicitly provided under approved partner programs.

4. Safety & Content Moderation

We employ automated AI safety filters and human moderators to monitor compliance with these Terms. Users can block or report any participant directly inside the active call interface or user profile.

5. Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or suspend services at any time. Significant updates will be communicated through the app or website.
